Living and Healing with Compassion

A Year Long Program with Robert Gonzales and Susan Skye 

   Susan Skye and Robert Gonzales would like to announce a jointly led one-year NVC program for 2011.

   Develop an integrated awareness of ‘the living energy of needs’ and living and practicing NVC with a compassionate heart – especially in relation to oneself.

   We will support an embodied spirituality and a way to engage in a living practice in our everyday, moment-to-moment living.  We will apply processes/tools that serve this integration and development, including:

• The Living Energy of Needs – practice, meditation and integration
• Cultivating self compassion
• Healing and transformation of pain:
• Transforming Pain Process
• Transforming Core beliefs Process
• Illusion of conflicting needs process
• Understanding emotional reactivity

    Susan and Robert will co-lead the first and last session and alternate the meetings in between.

Dates : All Saturdays:   January 29, February 19, March 5, April 23, May 14, June 25, July 2, September 10, October 8 and November 5.   No meetings in August and December.

Time : 10 am to 5:30 pm.

Location : Portland area, specific location to be announced

Tuition :    $1,500 for the year;  $1390 for the year, paid in full/received by Dec. 31

This program is for people who have basic NVC skills and consciousness.  It is not a beginning class.
